15 weeks talent????! And u keep him??!

I sent him packing to look for a job in another club.

do u have SokkerViewer??? if not, get it! SV will let u know at wat lvl a kid will come out as.

if a kid doesn't pop within the 1st 5-6 weeks, sack him! if he pops within the 1st 5-6 weeks, wait for the 2nd pop. if the 2nd pop doesn't come within 6 weeks after the 1st pop, sack him too! that means he has poor talent > 5-6 weeks.

I sack any kid with > 6 weeks talent, unless they will come out as formidable or above! Anything more than 6 weeks talent is a waste of resources, both trng space and money.

Nah. I had him last season when i had my exams. Juz didn't notice i had a youth with a 15 wk talent till last wk! So I promote him as well.

As for the 17 yr old guy, He popped once and four wks later, he graduated from my academy. Juz tot i could get some big money like A.J.Hoe!

I have a couple of incredible youths coming out next season and a formidable and excellent this season.

That 17 yo old sucks! u won't get much for him! :)

He's a solid youth only. You never know! Loads of mad bidders out there nowadays (or nights).

i'm one of them! hehe...

but i will not bid for yours! :)

i hope some 1 mad or drunk bid my lousy player for million!!

just wondering, how many juniors do everyone train in their youth team? or is there no limit on the maximum as long as you got the money to maintain it?

i've got 8 and their skills are as follow with the number of weeks remaining..

any suggestions on how to deal with them?

I used to keep 20 but have reduced to 15 recently..
