i see that many users have poor, weak, average....juniors with few weeks....Why? :(

for me there is not sense....usually i keep only the player that go out minimun very good, and make any exceptions only for a "probable 16y junior" (in this case i try to keep also the junior that go out min adeguate/good)

I have 6 but i can hold up to 9. Low in budget.

I only let juniors with at least solid to come out. Juniors with adequate or average are just too low in skill. First of all, no buyers would fancy them andit's an indication of lousy talent to some.

Hoe is the exception that i had said....however he is a "good junior" (start from adeguate with few weeks) and not poor, weak, average... like i see here!

yeah but those were 16y old players with good repartition skills :) i also keep juniors with very good and adequate/good if they are 3-4 weeks (they have a good probability to be 16y old) :)

Done. I have kicked all 3 of them :)

i don't agree about this.......weak or average (when he comes out) are not a sufficient level for keep this juniors (also a 16y player will be too weak)......at your place i sack their now!

relax, they could be talent 3! they are in my YS only 1-2 weeks! if they are talent 3, they could be worth at least a million each! there are crazy ppl willing to pay such money for a talented 16 yo nowadays! i've seen it a few times, especially now that we have U21! :)

....a 16y player with all skills poor and talent 3 worth at max 1S$ ;))

However put here your players when they come out....i hope for you that you have reason! :)

I fired some of mine as well. Now I'm left with 10 juniors.
