Before using the magical i had an incredible..for about 3/4 of my youth players i noticed a gain of 0.5 in their talent!
For only 3-4 players. It means that they were near to a visible "upgrade".
In the long period every player gain something, but in the graphic maybe you don't see anything because the gain is in about 2-3 pops. It doesn't mean that the gain is of 0.5, but you have to do the arithmetical mean. I hope it's clear what I want to say.. eheheh :)

Yeah, of course!!That`s why i think that for me the real gain passing from incredbile to magical was a number between 0.3 and 0.5
I think that the difference between brilliant and magical coach is insignifiant according to the extra money you pay. I gived up at the youth coach since this season because i only had bad luck with the players...So i decided that i will use those money to make my team better. my NT has a lot of young tallented players, so it won't make a difference. In my opionion SG users must have a brilliant coach, because they save a lot of money, and instead of having a magical or unearthy coach, they can have 2xbriliant second coaches...wich will improve A LOT your training !!
I suppose none of us can have brilliant assistance coaches.. maybe except klvn. I shall try to get that in 2 seasons time.
there is a thread on my nt sokker forum, and there are some calculations about the % that 1,2,3 asistant coaches gives to the training...and if you have 3 excelent, 2 excelent+1 formidable..etc. I will translate it sometimes and post it here so you can have an opinion...they said that they would post it on international so i'll look there, maybe i won't have to translate it :D
P.S: from their study, traning has a better eficacity with second coaches from excelent up...so if i were you i will have bought 2 excelent+1 formidable SC (second coach)

A question..which is the wage of your brillant ct?
Mine is 32k Euro. I'll see what I can afford. This season my players wages has increased by 14k euro too.

go to finance and calculate the difference of wage between last weak salary and this weak...it should be higher :)
Oh, okay... Mine only increased by 24.5k.. :)
