Yeah. It's wage. Guess you can find them at a low wage if you recruit them.

Reallly arh? I thought their wage at least 20 k?

your very good coach is very expensive....look this table:

this table is a "Guinness of record" that we have in Italy.....so it's difficul to have the same lowest wage for your coach...but you can buy a coach that have a wage more near..

p.s. "Average Value": sum all skills and divide for 8...don't look the general value of coach

i can bid that the coach of spank is excellent with average only 9,5 because he have the minimun wage for an excellent :)

He might be talented so keep him for a while and check his talent. Also, it depends on the level of your youth coach

absolutely keep!! he is a great joung and with a normal talent (6 weeks) he can go out solid or very good!

I hope that your junior coach is minimun very good (better excellent)...
