some time juniors skill droped. but it can rise again.

hmm. ok. so how do you spot the talent? same as usual?

because i have PLUS, i can see the talent for my youth.
if you do not have PLUS, you must count your junior talent manually,

i got talent formula like this when i am just play sokker:

talent = junior week in academy divided by (junior level skill when graduate minus junior level skill when enter academy)

example:

junior A:
enter academy with level skill unsatisfactory (level 2).
week in academy : 18 week
after 18 week, at the time junior A will promote or sign contract to senior team, his level skill is adequate (level 6).
so, we can count junior A talent = 18 week / (6-2=4) = 4.5
