Yeah I've just been a bit lazy with sacking them. Keep forgetting to do it before saturday. Because I may as well keep him for the training on thursday. But between thursday and saturday I'll forget to sack one of them. The vicious cycle continues :P

idk.. I said that becoz i compared your coach and my coach, who is on formidable too, and your coach's wages are more by about 3k..

Try to use this method when you search a coach:

sum all skills and find the average value....compare this average value and the wage of coach, and look this table:

Average....Lowest
value..........wage
7,5..........2500 €
8,5..........3425 €
9,5..........5150 €
10,5........8000 €
11,5.......11475 €
12,5.......18075 €
13,5.......24125 €
14,5.......33750 €

1 € = 2 S$

Finally choice the coach with best average value and lowest wage!!!!

1° Example:
average value = 8 (so coach solid)
the lowest wage is between 2.500 - 3425....and precisely 2.962,50 €

2° Example:
average value = 8,25 (so coach also solid)
the lowest wage is near 3.425...about 3.300

The Teodor's average is 10,875 so the lowest wage for this kind of coach is about 9.500€ (19.000S$)

...so you paid 6.000 S$ in plus each weeks...

this table is a "Guinness of record" that we have in Italy.....so it's difficul to have the same lowest wage for your coach...but you can buy a coach that have a wage more near..

Thanks for the table, I think it is useful.

I saw a few formidable coach with 16k salary.
But the bidding is like above 80k. It is hard to bid for them as I don't have money.

i know...infact all users search this coach with lowest wage...
(but if you see, i bet that all this coach have an average of 10,5)

The trick (for spend less) is search coach with a average more high: in your case 10,75 or 11 and so you can buy also the coach with wage 18-19.000 S$
