How do you make a counter-attack tactic, defensive etc. etc. formation? need help on counter-attack, defensive and offensive :(

Just pile more players in according to what you want to play. Just use standard formations in real life. For example, the 5-3-2 is a counter-attacking formation. However, your players would need to have high pace and pass well to be able to counterattack before your opponent makes their way back. So it depend on the player as well.
