Subject: Singapore match against Uzberkistan (RL)

What can I say about this game? A goal-feast really. Uzbekistan's attack was really strong and have technically gifted strikers. It was an agony watching our NT getting dominated like this.. First time I saw Singapore getting owned at Kallang.. Anyways, hope to see more supporters for the Saudi Arabia match 2 weeks from now..

Yeah watched it on TV... Actually S'pore played not bad... They managed to score 3 goals against the Uzzies. But it was naive defending that did them in! I guess Raddy has to work on the defence more. It's back to the drawing board!!!

Let's hope they learn from this thrashing!! In fact, based on what I saw, this is the best SG team in these past few years! No shame losing to a team with mostly Euro based players... They just need more exposure.. Play more against these type of teams... Get thrashed a few more times... Then they'll learn and improve...

The positives are that they manage to score 3 lovely goals... The OLD SG team will not even score one!! So overall, not a bad show!! Too bad about the defending though!

The defending was terrible... disappointing!

But at least we scored 3 goals... with solid defending and better luck, we might have force a draw...

I was surprise the defending was so bad... But then again, the Uzzies did beat Saudi Arabia 3-0!! So that means we didn't do too bad... We scored 3 goals against them while the Saudis didn't even manage one! Haha! [star][star][star]

I must admit, the 3 goals was nice. Finally, the SG team create the goals, not counting on some mistake on the opponent defense or scored by fluke. But the defending was really terrible...

Theres one rebound the defender just stopped the ball in front of the goal and dint cleared it, the Uzber striker just came in and tap into an open goal...

Another one four defenders went for one ball, the keeper pushed the ball away, the Uzber striker went in unmarked and scored...Pretty noobish defense work. I think they lack the exposure. The strikers of Uzber were really strong and i doubt the SG defenders had faced such strikers before...

Lol.The Uzbeks have great 1st touch and technique. Look at the guy at the wings. Touch of Ronaldo for a moment. Lol. Their strikers are all burly but they can run amazingly. Easliy pace out our defence. Should have played offside trap. Singapore player 3 defenders but without a decent offside trap.

The RL team is the opposite of sokker's NT team!!! At least our defence is solid here!!!
We do not have englishmen in the sokker NT team!!!! :)

P.S. Woot. I saw slaynax insulting the Uzbek goalie in the match!!!

Yup, total opposite...We are 61th on the NT rankings...The Real life NT is 140something i think in FIFA rankings.=P

Haha. Not to mention they started decades ago!!! Lol. Give us five more seasons and we'll be top 40!!!
