but it's not so important as pace tech and striker but you know that ;)
My main coach has tech, pass and pm unearthly...
Does that mean other players training general training can randomly pop in pass and tech faster than any other skills besides pm which i am training?

yes, sure.....and you can have also random pop up in pm (skill that you train) in the players that play during the week but you don't train.
they can pop faster in what you're main coach have unerathy if you have 2-3 briliant second coach :) for a better training you should have at least 2 briliant second coach and a main coach with unearthy at what you train. Ex: passing, PM, pace, tech for MID, Pace, Training, Striker for Strikers and Pace, Def for defenders, but the defenders also need PM, Tech and passing :) + stamina
you should have at least 2 briliant second coach and a main coach with unearthy at what you train.
this staff is too expensive.....it's better, in my opinion, have one main coach with all (or min 4-5) skills unearthy and one assistent....so you pay less as wages....

Some users have told me that pm in midfielders, esp def mid, is impt as the higher the pm, the type of thru balls passed will differ. They say that high pm allows balls to be passed "more lower and faster", eg fast thru ball that cuts thru the def for the striker. Is it true? They say the accuracy depends on passing skills.
in my opinion pm is important especially for mid-off and wing (less for mid-def).
pm allows balls to be passed "more lower and faster"
more faster...sure, but "more lower" i don't think....
with the high pm a player pass the ball to the "team-mate" more free and he make more "assist" (in other word try more often to pass the ball while a "team-mate" run...)
maybe "eg fast thru ball that cuts thru the def for the striker" this is the same concept :)

yes, agree

Not really, it only has influence on tactical discipline
for me yes....it very important: give a surplus in each skills (for example a defender defence better with a great experience....ecc.....)
Hmm. I think so too. I prefer older defenders in my squad.
Where did that come from? :) Experience has nothing to do with skills yet, only positioning on the field due to its influence on tactical discipline.
it's a my opinion...and also any friends think like me....
I see that the player with more experience play better....Have you never try to buy a keeper and put in the first team immediatelly?
(i try and he make many mistakes for the low discipline....)
And also for the striker i see the same.....i have a striker with divine experience and he play "another football" :)

That's the point :) He played bad because his TD was low as his teamwork dropped to zero after the transfer. I bet he started to play better after 2-3 matches, and that's not because he suddenly picked up a couple levels of experience.

Aaand... you have a striker with exactly the same skills and form, but he plays worse because his experience is lower? Because that's what you're saying with this.
It's true, that experienced players can adapt themselves faster to the team because their TD won't drop to useless level after a transfer. But I wouldn't buy a bit worse player instead of another because he has a higher experience.
