(i try and he make many mistakes for the low discipline....)

That's the point :) He played bad because his TD was low as his teamwork dropped to zero after the transfer. I bet he started to play better after 2-3 matches, and that's not because he suddenly picked up a couple levels of experience.

i have a striker with divine experience and he play "another football" :)

Aaand... you have a striker with exactly the same skills and form, but he plays worse because his experience is lower? Because that's what you're saying with this.

It's true, that experienced players can adapt themselves faster to the team because their TD won't drop to useless level after a transfer. But I wouldn't buy a bit worse player instead of another because he has a higher experience.

Ok guys, here's a topic that is still often discussed in the international forum but I just can't get the closest reference to our league standard. So the question, "What level of pm is needed to act as a first grader in our league?", to revan and NT staffs, "What level do our NT boys actually need?"

Do you think it's wise to train 3 weeks of pace at the start of every season?

Imagine if you bought 2 youths per season and their pace don't match up the seniors. I think this is effective if you are training youths to replace old seniors.

For the team that train under 20 players have not wise (maybe only for particular case)....three weeks of pace every season is not sufficient!!

For the "big" team (like me that train over 21 players) have wise...i say you more: in my team i train two-three weeks of pace (and not stamina) between the end of season and the start of next season...but my players are already good in stamina (because i buy only players with average or up in stamina...and i have about one stamina's random up every season).

I agree. I plan to cut down on stamina training. Perhaps 3 weeks of pace is too little.

However, I've seen players with solid stamina lasting only 70 mins in a game. Their pace drops after that.

They lose from all of their skills in the end of the game. Losing pace is just the most spectacular.
