playmaking + passing: 50%
pace: 25%
technique: 15%
striking/defender: 10% (depends on an "attacking" MID or "normal" MID)

Min Requirements :
*** stamina, *** goalkeeping
good pace, weak defender
good technique, good playmaking
good passing, weak striking

From Choosing the right players - For newbies

I want to sell a player to raise money. How do I advertise him so that as many people as possible knows about him?

Put him on TL if not worth money. Or. Put advertisement. Go junior transfers, if he meets the requirements. If not, the Transfer International works too.

Try russia, osterreich, slovenija, deutschland, belarus and south africa's transfer forums. They're open.

There are some popular Polish forums. Look add it, but remember: read the RULES at first. 90% of yuur players don't fulfill conditions.

There are also international forums: Transfers (II), Transfers (III) Juniors. It's worth to check it.

If you people had spare cash. What would you do with it?

1. Buy more players?
2. Save money $$$$
3. Better coaches.
4. Increase stadium capacity?

How come i dont need to play any play off? Im promoted to division II.02

You are first in your league? Only the second place in div II must play playoffs.

But last season i finished first and need to play playoff and lost.. And this season first again but auto promotion.

You have more points than the other teams who got first in their league. top 25% which means 4 of the highest points in Overall of league 3, get auto promoted.
