3 formidable first then save=P We not as rich as klvn so cannot afford so much...I only have one assistant coach...

So should get two unearthly and one incedible over three magicals? Which combination has higher wages?

Hmm...Really depends on what wages they have since there is a range...There is a list ofthe wages but i cant seem to find it. But 2 unearthly +1 incredible is cheaper than 3 magicals on average i think...Need to check though.

The main thing is the addition of general appraisal.

i think that it's better 3 assistants!!

Start with 3 formidable assistants, and after (for power up the staff) change only the first two assistants.....so for example this can be the escalation:
1 step) 3 formidable
2 step) 1 incredible 2 formidable
3 step) 2 incredible 1 formidable
4 step) 1 brillant 1 incredible 1 formidable
5 step) 2 brillant 1 formidable
.....
.....
.....
last step) 3 unearthy (but it's impossible also for me in this moment) ;)

in my opinion if the influence of 3 assistants is 100%, then the first assistant worth 50%, the second 35% and the third 15% (it's only an example....i don't know if it run so)

So 2 outstanding influence for: 12*50% + 12*35% = 10,2 "points" of influence
while 3 formidable influence for: 11*50% + 11*35% + 11*15% = 11 "points" of influence

result that 3 formidable assistants is better than 2 outstanding.....

there isn't a great difference if you sum the wages....

if you consider the minimun wage for each:
2 outstanding coachs cost 11.000+11.000= 22.000 eur
3 formidable coachs cost 8+8+8= 24.000 eur

...so not a big difference....

So the rate of wages increases with the total amount of general appraisal the coaches have altogether.. Interesting fact.

yes, it's good....but ti's more good if you buy as third ass a very good/excellent coach as soon as possible...

But i tho too many Asst Coach not good? cannot more den 2 right?
