like i say on msn not to much but it can cheaper but good wage :P

if assistent for me he is not so good...
Your coach have the skills's Average 110/8 = 13.75....so 31.000 eur of wage is not good

Hm... I have never seen a magical coach under 37k wage or brilliant one under 27k. That's a very optimistic list :)

ps. and i had two season ago a coach brillant with 24k of wage...

yes!! .....so i can accept about 1000 eur of difference from this list, but not more :)

ui think under 30k is good for a brilliant not everyone will 1M give on a trainer :)

It's currently an asst coach as i'm training pm and tech this season. He has only magical in this skills. Should i keep him? I thought it's hard to get this type of coach by hiring 3 times. I spent 50k euros on him.

i think when you will keep him for long time it's better to find anotherone but when it is for only this seozon keep him :)

ps: bij assistents only the general skill is important ( even as by yought coaches ) i think you know that but this sentence: He has only magical in this skills. doubt me :P

Yeah. I understand. His pm and tech are only magical, so he remains as an asst coach this season, while my head coach, a formidable coach, has unearthly in pm and tech, which i'm training this season. So my asst coaches are brillant and outstanding.

hii when you tell up your assistent

outstanding ( 12 ) + brilliant ( 14 ) = 26

it's better to have 3 formidable ones :)

formidable (11) + formidable ( 11) + formidable ( 11 ) = 33

and it's cheaper i think ;)

in my opinion this is the formule of influence:

1° assistent X 55% 2° assistent X 35% 3° assistent X 10%


in spank's case: 14 x 55% + 12 x 35% = 11,9 that are better than 3 formidable

so i think that can be good this staff.....
