Subject: Helping out Singapore NT!

To prevent ppl such as Klvn and myself to keep buying foreign players, I have an idea. This idea is "stolen" from the Australian NT..here

Basically, we commit ourselves to train different positions for NT sake. I noticed our NT have been sliding down very badly.
here is an example of what I would like people to post so as to make it easy for managers to get to you quickly

16 - Pace+Passing = will consider on an individual basis

19 - Pace+Passing = 16, Tech+Play+Pass = 18
20 - Pace+Passing = 20, Tech+Play+Pass = 20
21 - Pace+Passing = 24, Tech+Play+Pass = 21
22 and over - Only Current NT members

I dun really understand all these masses of words! Sorry, my brain is a bit old and rusty! :P

All parts! Wat am i suppose to do with it?

Means you commit yourself to train one position of SG NT. Then you say how much you have to spend on the trainees you are going to buy. Then you state the requirements for different age groups. Lastly, you state what type of trainings you are going to give with your magical coach!

and then post it where?

Here lor, for SG players to know.. then can inform you if they are selling players at the position you are training.

Damn all these Nutty Teens stuff are confusing me!

The funs means how much the manager has, the numbers is the sum of the each skill, for example, the player must have technique+passing=14.

in Singapore now there are some users that now have a good head coach and good staff.....so this is a great idea!!

For me it's important that every thurday you post all new junior players in the specific thread "Junior", so it's more easy to know what players must be sell or exchange with another users in Singapore.....and also i can give you my opinion if the player are good for NT or not....
(next season i put also the requiment for play with NT in front page of Singapore NT, so it's more easy to value a new players...)

For Klvn:
Position: MID this means that the player must be a MID
Skills: Pace, Passing this are the skills that you think to train next season;

...so the player must be a MID that needs a training in passing and pace :)

for me this part is not important, because we must value every players that go out from junior and see if the training of Slaynax (in this case) must be useful for this player....

Im currently training six attacking trainees. So to train one more, I would have to sell one of my trainees so preferably the SG player must be better=)

another important think for me is create a "club of tutors": in other word 1-2 users that want become tutor, start to contact the new users in Singapore and help they to play better...

Sokker is a difficul game when you start, so many users after few days leave the game :(
....we must avois this!!

p.s. maybe Slanay can help me in this??? and/or other users that want this responsability...
