As newbie, best way to get talented youths is to buy on TL for less than 20k. You need to depend on luck to get talented youths but as I have observed, almost all of SG users first few buys are quite talented. Take mine for example:Arrighi. He was brought for only 1k when his value was 114k. After 2 or 3 seasons, his value rose to 440k++. This guy has only reasonable talent, not those imba talent like klvn's players, but these buys can make alot of profits for you to spend on more talented (and expensive) players, or even allow you to increase your youth school so that more youths (hopefully with good talent) can come in! That's about it :)

Really? What is the difference of training speed between a talented and a reasonable talented one?

Every 3 weeks is considered talented or just normal?

I bought a youngster at 6000 and a talent 4 and very good skills=P

Haha. Yeah. Quite true. Most of the time, youths at about 18-19 years old with a value of 90k to 140k have reasonable talent. Think about it, at 18 years old, if a a turns out to have 90k value, he is estimated (by me, a noob) to have been at least a solid youth in youth school. Thus, he might have reasonable talent. Youth schools can give you talent. However, you need large finances to regularly get them. Try buying young youths to train and you might get some really talented ones. I once tried bidding 20 youths of different position at that value range and got a couple of talented ones. No harm trying. :)

I would say 3 weeks is quite talented. But it have to depend on the skill level.
