Hi!
This is the file I use for control my youth team: (when you click on link you have to download the file)
Every saturday I insert a new row for the player I think is valid for my youth team, in order of weeks to the end.
Every thursday I put, under the column of right date, a black cell if my player don't pop up or a red cell if my player pops.
If the player upgrade his skill I change the value on level column and I increase the number of pops.
After ther last weeks, when the player his ready for the first team, I calculate the talent and write it on the Talent column. In automatic the sheet calculate the ideal sum of point the player will have under the points column.
In the file you can see some example of my youth player, if you like to use my sheet you have to cancel my player (or keep this example in another files) and start to put your players on it.
I know there are a lot of programs do this work for you, but i prefer keep trace of all my youth player where i can see it.
There is another sheet on the file, the "Promoted Youth", where I write the skills of youth player when I promoted him, and the price I sell this player.
I use it for statistic or simply database, but now after a lot of season his nice to see the best or the more expensive player :)
