Yeah. But I look at one unearthly attribute plus the general appraisal of the coach. I ensure that I have at least excellent coaches as asst coach and a formidable coach for the youth team.

One bad point I've noticed is that although I always use a formidable coach for the youth team (e.g. cycle between 3 formidable coaches), I get uneven talent stats(E.g. 3,4,5,5,4,6)

infact formidable coach for the junior school is not sufficient for a team that play in S-League :(

...also for this is better have two great coachs: one head coach and one junior coach that you cycle: in my opinion this must be your target for the future
