still you need a coach to train players, then sell them to earn money.. at least get one with unearthly in the skill you are training. should be quite cheap at around 10k per week

His coach costs him 20k+ in wages with no unearthly in skills, that's why i ask him to sack! Eating into his income every week! And he's more than -500k in debt! His youth coach only average in lvl and his asst (i forgot wat lvl) is practically useless. Anyway, all in, he's paying abt 40k in wages every week for nothing! Thats 80k wages every 2 weeks for NOTHING! So i ask him to sack lor. If dun sack, he's gonna game over! :)

Anyway, i have a plan for him to get out of excessive debt! Who can beat me in going into HUGE debt?? I got the best experience, remember? Hehe! :))

All in, he will trim about 100k off his massive expenses every 2 weeks after my cost cutting measures. Hopefully, he will net a couple of hundred thousand dollars after selling those players i advise him to this friday. Then we will go shopping for a cheap trainer with the necessary skills. He will still get training this sunday, dun worry about him. I am his mentor!

I will be meeting him this sunday to give personal coaching! Hehe! Watch out for him in the coming months! He's gonna kick some S Leaguers butts!!!

My sponsors give me around 200k per week, plus my stadium which is around 100k per week (home). Total around 300k in income.
But my wages, YS and stadium upkeep are reducing my income.. every week always negative, unless I play home for league games. Even then, i get only around 3-5k profits :(
If nvr play home, I lose around 100k :(

you make many mistakes!!!

- why do you enlarge your stadium??? in the first period is not a good thing...
- and you spend too much for the first players that you buy from market...

In my opinon there are two solution:
1) create a new team and restart...but the rules don't permitted...
2) or a drastic manovre....

Drastic manovre:

1) keep only 14-15 players and sell or sack the others players: choice the players more strong and young.....(if you want copy the skills of all players and send it in my sk-mail...i help to choice)

So with this action, you can raise down the amount of wages that you pay every week...

2) buy a head coach with min outstanding stamina and max wage about 7-9.000 and start to train stamina for all players...

3) when your balance come back positive, start to buy young player without stamina and train stamina for their...

Most likely, Kallang Mac's or KFC. There can park car free whole day!! :))
