hey...you can be more carefully how you make tactic .
Here is an exemple 2 show you how amateur are you :P you play Frederick Boo in this metch Ecuador U21 3:0 Singapore U21 ass a ATT striker all good until now BUT watch this the owner of Frederick Boo is playing him as a DEF in that week ...soo the player get no extra training becouse of that !! in the same situation is this week, maybe if the owner he will play him as a DEF in the cup :(
This is not a way too help young nt player . communicate more whit dth Revan he haz more experience. (maybe he is mistake too becose he didnt tel you :P:)

right observation!!! For me this is a crucial points!!!
i had say the same thing with Darumani before the first match of last week...and Valgan put Darumani with the correct order: MID......now Valgan must look how play the other players in their teams and put the right order for all players...
However i think that not all players can play in the right order...and Valgan must make any choices....
ps. Valgan: if you want....you can put the formation in our personal forum before the weekly match and i say you my observations.... :)

It's good to have a few.
Don't worry about the loss. It takes a few match. The other U21 coaches are big boys with loads of experience. Juz do it your way. We'll understand. Revan will help you along the way.

Boo played with ATT order again while he plays with DEF in my matches. This way he loses the extra training from the NT-matches.
hehe... so maybe u should play him with ATT order! :))
That would screw up my whole training unfortunately :) I'm training technique to defenders and strikers at the moment and I can't train 9-10 players on 6 places.

maybe Valgan forgot to change the order.....i hope that next week he make also this correction... :(
Valgan was unable to log in until today because he had a school camp to attend.. No worries, I think he'll avoid this mistake next week. Give him some chances :)
