Subject: [NT] election
in this moment i don't see serious candidate....so i have no problem to say you that NIC is my old friend: we work together 4-5 seasons ago in the staff of Malta NT (there was also Oni-chi), and i know that he think like me about sokker (same ideas) :)
Hi to all!!!With my stuff we`ve decided to apply for the senior National Team instead that for the U21!!
Good luck with the U21 klvn!!!!
Good luck with the U21 klvn!!!!
NIC? Seen rare to me, i think Supercel best to be NT coach at the moment.
Revan do a good job.

Thanks a lot guys!!!I really appreciate!!If i`ll get elected i promise to do my best!! :)
lol, there are no SG players in this candidature for NT :| you should do something about this...seriousely. If i would candidate that would be only for NT U21, because i love to train younger players and because the Senionr NT should be trained by someone with big experience or someone from SG...that's my opinion...Good luck and be wise in everything...I pronounce my candidature for next season at NT U21 :D. In 7 weeks i have my exams and i'm really stressed right now
i cannot say "who is the better" because i don't know Supercel....but i can say that i know NIC and he is a good manager and a great person!!
If we make a little investigation:
- Joined Sokker on: NIC from 2005-09-08; Supercel from 2006-11-27
- tactics in the last season: NIC change every time the tactic; Supercel play often with the same tactic (but this is not a negative point);
- if we look the last match that they play: i like all two tactics...they are good tactical!!
So it's difficult to choice...i think that both will be good coach!!!
ps. maybe i can remain as supervisior in the NIC's staff for the next season...

NIC seems a bit shy and has not contributed a lot to our forum here.
Thak you for saying that i`m a good tactical!! :)
About the date i joined sokker..yes..NIC started more than a year before me..I can`t reply this..
But about the tactics I use in I have to say that I change it everytime..maybe little changements (for example height of the DEFs, movements of the ATTs, ecc) according to the opponent!!In serie D it`s difficult to have really complete players to be abble to change tactic every time..so when I found a tactic tha suit perfectly my players i try to found a way to adapt it to my opponent before starting to create a new one from zero!!

I totaly agree...for example I made a tactic that suits best for my team, and i only modify it when i have a very good oponent and i want to surprise him...but otherwise i use the same tactic. BUT i was in a inferior league...I promoted again now, so by now on i'm going to change my tactic to each oponent
Eduard05 u going to be our NT asst coach as Supercel as head coach?
In my opinion it's wrong. Because even if you think you are better than the opponent you have to make a tactic strong against him, because not always who has stronger players wins; a good tactic can do miracles.. and random can always make damage :)
No, i think that Edward wants to candidate next season for the SG U21!
My asst coach is maniaco71, a really expert and strong user and also my league mate (he is with me in D.54).
Well NIC..I partially agree with you..you can say that only if you have a good first team and good reserves..For example in the last season i`ve decided to train a lot of young players in pace..so beside my strong first team my reserves were about all young players that couldn`t play in the first team..so sometimes as a consequence of red cards of injuries i wasn`t able to use the tactic i wanted to use cause to the lack of players!
All these words were to say that sometimes you have to sacrifice the first best formation and choose the second one to get out the maximum from your players..and I think that in a country like SG that is still growing this could be the winning way of thinking!
However I agree with you, a good tactic can defeat stronger opponents..
For example the previous week i helped a friend of mine in creating a tactic for a match to get promoted against a much stronger opponent (this friend of mine started playing only few week ago..so his players sucks and has no stamina)..
Getting promoted was impossible..but with the right tactic we did in it :)
