I dun know how to set tactics, arrange friendlies, etc for U21s.

I can help you :)
..to set friendly you have to go in the matches page of a national team and ask for a friendly!

To change formation..go on the new fixed match..in the page where you have to set the role of your players click on change formation..now you can create up to 10 new formations for your national team!!
