Subject: [NT] election
This is what I have in mind...
For scouts, send msg to all owners with SG U21 players to update their players database. Ask them to give you a training screen to determine their talents. Then monitor those good players for the duration of the season.
I would like to know 2 things about our players:
1. Their current stats
2. Their talent in YS or training talents.
Once you scouts have a list of players, recommend those which you think has good talents and stats to me. Is this a good arrangement?
If you guys have better ideas that will make things simpler, easier and more efficient, do voice out.
*I need one more scout for mids! Any takers?
**Since we can all watch NT matches, you scouts can also discuss tactics with me if you want and if you have the time! Dun just restrict yourself to scouting only. Is that alright?

you are the admin of this federation as coach of NT....you must go in the first page of Singapore country and you can see in the general info the "SG association"....enter there and you can permitted also the access of Maniac...for example....ecc....

You have to go on the left on NT and then media! :)

ok will make a list with good young mids and their talent and sent him wednesday evenig to you ;) will update him every week ;)
I think you'll need the training of the players too...i have a few players who'll reach NT U21 and they are always asking me what am I going to train :)
