Hi, I am Nicholas.

I know that I have never written on your forum but I've followed your matches because Singapore is well seen in Italy and so I know well your situation.

I have never trained a NT but I have been in the Italian NT Staff for 4 seasons (this season is the 5th and I am in the U21 Staff) and, as you know, we won the last World Cup. I worked as a scout, so I have good feelings with young players and that's very important for a little country like Singapore, that needs to grow.

For this reason, I will help your team to grow thanks to my assistants too, because I think this is the first step to make your NT more important.

I will continue to use the current Database, so it will be easier for all you update your players.

I have a lot of experience. During my career I have trained MID, DEF and ATT so I have experience with all tactics, from a defensive 541 to an offensive 343. This is much important if you want to be an NT manager because a National Team is not a club, because here you don't have to train players and you "just" have to set the best tactic.

IMPORTANT: the best tactic isn't the one you think works better with the players you have, but is the one that works better against your opponent! :)
The proof is that with my team of Serie C (your League III) I arrived to the semifinals of the Coppa Italia (Italian Cup) and I won against 2 (TWO!) teams of Serie A (your S League) in the previous matches and I lost only against another team of Serie A.

For example in my team I prefer playing with a 4-4-2 with 1 winger, but I used it only sometimes. In fact I always change tactics, thinking which one will suit with the opponents.

I have also the experience relative to a NT itself. As I said, I was in the ITALIAN staff for seasons and I know how much time I have to spend making tactics, looking players, working on the database. In addiction I worked with my friend dth Revan in the Malta staff, so I can work also with weakers players. In my country I am a tutor too.

And the most important things... I have time and passion :)

According with my friend dth Revan, he will be the 2nd coach, a sort of main assistant. As you know he hasn't much time to running himself for this election but he will help me if I will have some problems and available for any advise. :)

I convinced him to not leave totally because I think it's important to continue his good work. :)

NIC ask me a pleasure to help him if he win the election, because i know well many SG users and all best SG players....i don't want an active role, but i am happy to support him if he have problem...
I like this comunity, so for me it's difficult don't write and follow this forum...but if it is a problem, then maybe it's better that i don't write more... :(

No no, wait...maybe we overreacted i think!..i don`t know what maniaco means with is post but the important update of NIC sounded me like :"Ehi..Revan will be my vice ct..now you have to vote me..".
Moreover I don`t know what NIC consider to be a second coach, but for me it is more than an active role..is the main role after the main ct, a really important one!
I`ve never said that i don`t want you to be part of this forum and that this is a problem..even if I win instead of NIC I`ll be really glad if you`ll keep on writing on this forum and giving me any advice..you are a good manager and above all a great user for all the SG communnity!

You don't know what maniaco means with his post, you don't know how I consider a second coach, you said that your message was the last, but you keep on writing here claiming something I still don't know.

This isn't a fight between me and you, I just want to help Singapore but it seems you have something against me.

If I am the next coach and you want the weal of Singapore I even can take you in the staff, if you want work with me of course.
