You guys know who I am anyway, so I shall dispense with a long sales pitch! :)
I want to take over where Valgan left off and make our U21 kids stronger for the step up to senior NT!
Eventually, my aim is to take charge of the senior NT and make it KICK ASS! :)

Both candidate, please present your credentials and future plan for our U21
My Credentials
I will only be playing youngsters that have potential for senior NT. I will not waste time with those that can't even dribble past my grandma!
I will choose max 2 players for every position, so that means max only 22 players will make the cut if we have the players! (I dun think we will though...)
I change tactics most often among all SG players, there's no team in SG whose tactic I don't know how to counter!
I definitely have the most time among SG players in Sokker. So I can spend loooooooooong hours on the game!
Gimme the players and I'll make them run up and down Bt. Timah hill to build up stamina!!!
Seriously, the plan for the U21 is to identify potential kids for the seniors. There are only 15 games a season to play, so if I can dig up 22 players, then each player will have at least 7-8 extra trainings playing in the U21 matches on top of their league games per season. (If i dun get 22 players, then some players will play more U21 matches)
I will see what the players' respective owners are training, then play them accordingly in my U21 team so that they get extra training in the right position!
I will arrange a game every week for 15 weeks, doesn't really matter what teams we get. The most important thing is that the kids get games under their belts.
I will overhaul Valgan's U21 team. Get rid of those who will not make it to the seniors and keep those who has potential and play them.
I already have a 3 season plan in place! So I intend to stay as U21 manager for at least 3 seasons to see my plan reach fruition! :)
My 1st season plan:
1. Pick a core team comprising of 17-19 yrs olds (if we have them). Keep them together for 2-3 seasons until they reach 20-21 yrs old.
2. Keep the current 20-21 yrs old who definitely has the potential to play in senior NT in the future but couldn't get in now. This way they get an extra 1-2 seasons U21 trainings to speed up their popping rate, b4 they have to leave the U21s for being overage!
3. By the 3rd season the core group of 17-19 yrs old will be 20-21 yrs old veterans in the U21 team, and they will be ready to make the step up to the senior NT! (Hopefully, by then our U21s can take on Polska and win! Hehe...)
4. I will choose those with talent between 3-4.5 over those with good skills, bcos I dun want to waste time and training slots to train untalented kids. (They can't even dribble past a stationary Valgan!)

PS. I will ask some of you to be my scouts to scour the whole of Sokker to find talented kids! I am sure you guys have SV or SO. So go thru your databases again and let me know those who are between 3-4.5 in talent!

I think that thinking on the long period (3 seasons are perfect) is the winning choice!

Upon thinking further, I think that I do not have much time for sokker.. I only login about 4 times a week now. So I'll not run for U21 NT, I guess. How about we work together? :P

no...i am joking, Slaynax takes a right decision: a U21 NT needs an active coach.....he can fight next season when he have more time for the NT :)
