Okay, here's my plans for the SG U21s again....
I already have a 3 season plan in place! So I intend to stay as U21 manager for at least 3 seasons to see my plan reach fruition! :)
My 1st season plan:
1. Pick a core team comprising of 17-21 yrs olds of talents between 3-4.5. Keep them together for 2-3 seasons until they reach 20-21 yrs old.
2. Keep the current 20-21 yrs old (talent bet 3-4.5) who definitely has the potential to play in senior NT in the future but couldn't get in now. This way they get an extra 1-2 seasons U21 trainings to speed up their popping rate, b4 they leave the U21s for being overage!
3. This season I dun expect to progress past the 1st rd of the U21 WC even if I play the best players... So I will choose players with talents (bet 3-4.5) over those with better stats but untalented, as I feel it is better to train talented players for the long run.
4. So, expect to see us get thrashed by other teams in the U21 WC, as I am only interested in giving the talented kids the extra trainings this season.
My 2nd season plan:
1. I will continue where I have left off last season. As this will be a season of friendlies, I will continue to play the talented kids.
2. These kids would be better than last season by now... I will start to play with different tactics to counter opposing teams. I will mostly play against teams which are around our standard and time in Sokker, and you guys will start to see where our talented kids stand!
3. I will also get a few stronger teams to spar with! Again, expect to see the team get thrashed by stronger teams, but I can assure you that we will not get thrashed like the 1st season!
4. Judge me in my 2nd season in charge of the U21s, not the first!
My 3rd season plan:
1. By the 3rd season the core group of 17-19 yrs olds from my 1st season in charge will be 20-21 yrs old veterans in the U21 team, and hopefully, some of them will be ready to make the step up to the senior NT!
2. This would be the U21 WC season again. This time, I will be challenging for qualification to the next round! You will not see our U21s get thrashed anymore, but do the thrashing of weaker teams instead!
3. If you guys think my tactical knowledge suck from my 2nd season in charge, then I will not stand for election for the 3rd time. I would be most happy to leave my post for someone with better tactical knowledge. But he must be very much better than me as this would be U21 WC season! I can assure he would inherit a team of at least 11 highly talented 20-21 yo youngsters with awesome stats to manage!
SO VOTE FOR ME!!! I THINK AMONG ALL THE CANDIDATES, I AM THE ONE WITH THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR OUR U21s... AFTERALL, I'M A SINGAPOREAN!!! :)
PS. I even have a secondary plan which NONE of the other candidates have! :))

For me wat i think is try to in charge for 5 season. 1st to 2nd 3th season to make a soild base first, den mostly 4th to 5th season will seee result.
