Subject: Study about second coaches

Hello, I realised a study on SC(second coaches) in SK. To make a report betwee one level of a coach to another, I considered that their salary is a considerably criteria. So i took for each coach minimum salary, from the forum info. Coaches's level have been selected from minimum excelent, becuse it's known, considerably results as a second coach it's given by at least excelent coaches. So we have the following wages for those:
Excellent: 5 250 $
Formidabile: 8 000 $
Outstanding: 11 500 $
Incredible: 18 750 $
Briliant: 25 000 $
Magical: 35 000 $
Unearthy: 55 000 $

Ipoteticaly, to get a ideal training with SC (100%) it would be needed 3 SC unearthy, what means that every unearthy SC having their aport in the training of 33%

So we have:

Excellent: 5 250 $......F
Formidabile: 8 000 $...E
Outstanding: 11 500 $...D
Incredible: 18 750 $....C
Briliant: 25 000 $.....B
Magical: 35 000 $......A
Unearthy: 55 000 $.....33%

Now, with a simple calcul, we get:
A=21,2%
B=15,1%
C=11,3%
D=6,9%
E=4,8%
F=3,15%

The result is this: The apport of one single SC:

Excellent: 3,15%
Formidable: 4,5%
Outstanding: 6,9%
Increbiel: 11,3%
Briliant: 15,1%
Magical: 21,2%
Unearthy: 33%

Having those valors, and starting from the fact that 3 unearthy SC= 3x 33,3% = ~ 100% - the ideal case.

For example, if someone wants to see wich one of the next 3 variants of SC is better:

a) 3 excelent SC
b) 2 excelent + 1 formidable SC
c) 2 formidable SC

we calculate and have:

for "a)" 3 x excellent: 3x3,15=9,45%
for "b)" 2 x excellent + 1 formidable = 2 x 3,15 + 4,8 = 11,25%
for "c)" 2 x formidable = 2 x 4,8 = 9,6%

After the result, it's ovious that the best variant from this example is the "b)" variant (11,25), followed by "C)"(9,6) and "a)" (9,45)

This was just an example...there could be a lot of examples like this one, depending of the money you have for those SC.

Well the study is good..but we know too few about second coaches to say something..
In Italy there are a lot of discussions..
There is who says that 2nd coaches are useful..others that they noticed no changements passing from 3 2nd coaches to 0..
Rules says that they helps a bit..that`s why i use 2 excelent + 1 formidable..but i don`t think that the gap between an excellent and an unearthy is that big..

jeah think it's better to invest in players with big talent then in unearthly SC's ;)

Maybe the % of the coaches could be somethin like this:

Excellent: 1,4%
Formidable: 1,6%
Outstanding: 1.8%
Increbiel: 2%
Briliant: 2.2%
Magical: 2.4%
Unearthy: 2.5%

it's all just guess ;)

from my experience, i can say that the difference between 2 x excellent and 2 x brilliant it's huge. This season i tested something...i used 1 brilliant and 1 excelent. The random pop decreased dramaticaly!! if you have a Coach with unearthy at what you train ( PM, Pas, Tech, Pace for MID...etc) you should get at least 1 pop for each one per season. I was training Strikers with Pace, and my strikers didn't popped at all at tech or striker. My defs and mids should pop too, but they popped very slow. it may be because they are older, but 1 year it's not that drastical ! have now 2 x briliant and I intend to bring another one

oh, yeah!!! I tried to guess..and maybe they are still too high!

At the beginning of the season I fired my 3 assistants and now I take them back. During the period I haven't them I have less random-pop and also my players pop with a little delay.. :)

no...the logic was that the best SC is unearthy, and you need 3 to have 100% training. so one is 33,3%...that's why the stats are so high. we cannot know for sure what the % is, only the game creators may know :)

i have three formidable ones and my players have many randompops ;)

i can assure you that the difference isn`t that big..maybe this season you had a lot of pops cause you had players with a lot of skills near to pop up..
I think that this year you`ll have few!

and also my players pop with a little delay..

You can predict exctly the random skills up?
