if you want....you can use the Singapore Association forum.....so only the SG users and the SG friends (foreign users that have the access) can read and see the skills of SG players....

His owner should give him 2 season of pace. He'll be 1st-teamer by then.

He is a good defender, see if you can get his owner to train pace

So you reckon when he reaches at least solid in pace then draft him into U21s?

Hmm...IMO, you can draft him into the squad to act as incentive for the owner to train him in pace.
