Guatemala U21 have a slightly stronger team than us on paper... But, football matches are not won on paper!

When attacking I suggest you to keep the defensive mid a bit higher :)

If you look at our game vs Guatemala, u will see that I had the better tactics. They had a lucky goal and our strikers are simply not good enough. Those were the best U21 strikers I have and its not my fault that they were not up to the mark as I dun train them.
But wait 2 more seasons, as we have some potentially good 18-19 yo strikers now who will be better than the present lot of 21 yos when they reach 21 yo.
Must have patience when building a legacy... Italy took more than 3 seasons to overtake Poland, and Rome wasn't built in a day!
Like I said, judge me at the end of 3 seasons, and I'll show you some wins against the big boys! :)
