And it's also important, that the NT coach try to keep these players somehow in training (sometimes the owner of the club wants to sell the player to get the profit or he don't want to train more a 23-24 yo player).

400 pts is probably too much to reach in one season but if you can identify and groom young players. There will be hope for the next few seasons. I would be happy if we can reach the 5 this season but maybe that should be a secondary objective.

Hmm...What we are trying to say is that we might want to play more junior players to allow to gain trg and get more experience as we cannot hoped to challenge for any honours atm and it would be best to build for the futre...

The 4th pot is maybe too far (400 points behind), but the 5th is reachable with younger players too, because Singapore has less than 10 points behind. So If you elect me, I will play with the younger players.
