hello my friends of singapore. since supercel isn't running for this election i took few days to decide what i'll do... and in the end i decided to take part of this one (with a little delay eheh)

i think i haven't to do a presentation because you already know me and you know i am a good person and manager on sokker too (i hope you think so ^^)

i can add that i've been promoted to Serie B (our 2nd league) and you know how hard it's italian league.

so, if you want, i can bring you my experience and i think that with revan we can do a great work.

for who doesn't know me, this was my latest presentation:

Hi, I am Nicholas.

I have never trained a NT but I have been in the Italian NT Staff for 4 seasons (this season is the 5th and I am in the U21 Staff) and, as you know, we won the last World Cup. (and I add that I was in the staff that win the U21 World Cup too ^_^) . I worked as a scout, so I have good feelings with young players and that's very important for a little country like Singapore, that needs to grow.

For this reason, I will help your team to grow thanks to my assistants too, because I think this is the first step to make your NT more important.

I will continue to use the current Database, so it will be easier for all you update your players.

Serie B and 2 World Cup won (both senior and U21) as a staff member of the Italian NT :)

You've mentioned you were a scout. Do you have any actual experience in managing the NT itself? Did your NT-coach share 'insider' informations?

in Italy we used that the coach gets opinion from the whole staff and then he makes the tactic also considering our opinion. obviously he has the "last word", but we used to talk togheterabout the match :)

And now the obvious question: did you take part in these discussions? :) How active you were?

I thought I was clear in the previous message... or do you think I was in the staff but I'm a ghost? :)

Scouting can be done without taking part in the tactical discussions too :)

Have you worked with Supercel before during his term? Maybe Supercel to give his testimonials about your work.
