Subject: Singapore NT

Hi,

I'm from Estonia and I'm 17 years old. I canditate for Singapore NT coach.
First of all, I can't see the reason because of why you have the ranking you have at the moment. So, my first aim would be to raise you ranking points and lead you to the top 60 of countries. I think a very good position would be 51-52.

I was scout of Estonian defenders for 2 seasons and as our (Estonian) NT coach introduces every tactik he makes, I also have a nice experience about national team tactiks.

My pluses:
- I have a lot of experience about tactiks, I've played this game for a rather long time.
- I can speak and understand English.
- I would introduce my plans to you before the games.
- I am a active manager and would have a lot of time to work with Singapore NT.
- I make counter-attacking tactiks, what can bring success against stronger opponents.

My minuses:
- I tend to play sometimes a bit too defensive football, sometimes too attackive.
- I have some tactical problems whit throw-ins.
