Hi all, i'm ready for this new adventure, read the communicate and ask all what you want..
My Sokker career started 3 years ago. This year I was promoted to D-series, winning my division with a clear strike (14 consecutive wins).
My first year in D-series i reach 3rd place. Also if i had a weaker team i reach this aim with good tactics!
It's time for me to try the National-coaching adventure, together with an amazing staff. I have the time and will to do that!
Sokker is a very complex game, and I can't tell I know all of his secrets, but I'm a Tutor in my country, and you know that with such a role
I got a lot of experience that I can use for such a difficult task, therefore I am ready to run an NT!
Singapore community will be the fulcrum to work with, in order to get great results; I truly believe it's fundamental for the success of an ambitious long-term project like raising a great NT for the WCQ and work together coach of U21 NT,
to find all the young talents in your country!
Every week we will open public posts to talk about opponents and, most important share the NT experience: every user could talk with us about
tactics, players and so on, so that every opinion will be shared among the community and the whole staff.
Of course we'll give individual feedback to managers that have U21 and senior players (or potential ones) to help in training them for a great NT career.
At season beginning we'll start different initiatives to improve life forum, and the partecipation of community at
National life..
I think all these initiatives that we think to give you are the main way to improve and fortify the contacts with the community..
My full staff is composed by:
-the whole Singapore community!
-Monty (italian D-series manager) - vice-CT
-zinzillino (itanian B-series manager, and sokker admin in Italy, Lietuva and other countries) - tactician
-caddy91 (italian E-series manager) - scout
i'd like to have 2 more users in my staff, and i'd prefer if these users are of your country.
I belive in you, and i know we could increase Singapore ranking this and future years!!
