Hi everyone,

I’ve decided to give my candidature as an national coach of Singapore NT.

I’m playing SK since 2006, last few seasons in II legue, with taking position on podium. Poland is the strongest representative in SK, competition is huge, so I belive, that my play in second league – with proven success supports my appropriate preparation to the role of national coach.

I can see that for a long time the NT seems to be forgotten, database practically does not exists, the same as scouting. And those are the basics of proper NT functioning. Together with appropriate cooperation with NT staff and coach of U-21 NT. Match tactics are also important, but without proper players selection even the best tactic will give nothing.

If you will choose me, I will make a good functioning database, I will find and agree to cooperation the best people for NT staff – advisors, scouts, NT database handle, plus the spoke person, who will give you actual information on NT site and on national forum. I hope that people eager to cooperate I will find in Singapore, but I will also encourage experienced managers from other countries, including Poland. Anyone who is willing and has time to cooperate with national team, will find a place for himself in my staff.

I need to be honest with you: only after creating good functioning NT staff and NT database we can think about competing with teorethically stronger opponents. I’m not promising you engaging combat for higher achievements at the moment, but I will create the base which will allow us to think about it. I would like to create a fluently functioning system, which will survive and will function in the future, even if I will not be a selectioner anymore. If we can achive that, next stage will be to compete for success at the pitch.

Singapore deserves better NT team than last times. I encourage you to vote for me, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

It's just 5 days to the end of elections and only less than 30% managers voted. I know it seems not so bad for 21 users, but I encourage you to do more.

Singapore NT stands before chance to picking out from torpor, community should help it. Especially small community has such capability, when several voices can effect result hugely.

Even if my idea of handling NT does not please you, several other candidates are except me. Maybe they will want to make something beneficial too. One is certain - Singapore NT needs changes, so let's vote!
