Subject: [U21] BluRay

Hello, I'm BluRay, one of the Italian's Tutor. I spend here a lot of time. Sokker became an important part of my life.

As you can see i've been Scout DEF of Italy NT for two seasons with the coach Borkos, I've been Assistant Coach and head Scout of Prathet Thai U21.I've been in the Staff of Belarus U21 and also i've been Scout GK-MID of Canada U21.At the moment i'm Scout ATT with the Italy U21 with the coach Fabbrogas and Scout Gk-MID with Canada U21.


My first target will be to increase the level of young players and increase the rankings of Singapore u21. There will be games to snub, but I rather plan tactical experiments during the friendlies.

Why do I want to be the Singapore's u21 coach?
My friend dth Revan told to me that you are a great community, and your team could be brilliant if there will be a good manager to manage it!
I want that this will be a my personal growth, but also of my staff and the community, both in terms of human and technical knowledge of the game.


I like to involve the community with weekly thread where you can discuss the preparation and analysis of games.

My staff is currently composed of:

Scout Gk-Def: Red3x
Scout Mid-Stk: Behmen


It is my intention to also be able to organize at least one competition, working with the coach of the Singapore NT.
I would be really honored to lead a national team of this value.
