I can assure you - I'll always be active here, no matter which position it will be. Coach or not coach, it's the same for me. I can even be a coach of another country in the future, but I'll always stay here as an advisor or just as a fan. It must be someone here who can criticise NT coach's decissions:)

Hi guys.
It's time for me to say to you all what I decide.
I will not candidate myself again for Singapore U-21. I think is not the right thing to do.
In this seasons, as you know, I tried 3 times to become U-21 manager, and I've always lost against ericchow. With happyness, I started to help wiki with database and scouting, and I think my work was good :-)
Meanwhile, I followed SG U-21 and ericchow's work.
I'm sorry to say that, but I still not understand why ericchow still wants to remain U-21's manager, if he doesn't follow players, search new players and try to help young players to become strongers. I don't want to talk about try to win some matchs, because is obvious that it's not important for him.
But someone voted for him, so for that people his management is ok.

i will follow this community forever, and I hope you will take a lot of satisfactions :-)

Well.... I should wish you good luck with your present U-21 Cymru elections, but in the deep I want you here back in staff, so I wish luck to your rivals:P

I'm kidding of course. Get some experience elsewhere and come back then:))

Costa Rica - Singapore 0:4

Strange match. Stats equal - almost the same on every areas, but only we scored 4 times. Good for us, but do we need great deal of luck in friendly matches instead luck in most important qualification matches?:)

One injury for R. Nan (14 days), that's bad. I wish all next WCQ players to play in every match. He must wait 2-3 weeks for next match and training:( Well, on the other hand, some of reserve players can play time to time.

Next week we play last match in current NT season with Belarus.

Belarus - Singapore 2:3

Winning at the end of the season. Belarus always was unconfortable rival for us. Frankly, I don't know why:) We are much stronger in stats, shots etc. Apparently everyone got his butcher. Today we killed our butcher:) No injuries.

Now we are waiting for end of elections, and for friendly season then.

As I see, everyone who voted is sharing my vision about preparing NT for next WCQ. I'll do my best, like always, but it will be more dificult. Due to lack of U-21 cooperation our potential power is falling down.

GK
We have only 1 keeper almost fitted for WCQ (Moorthy), the next 3 keepers are getting old (now they are 32yo), best of them will be bench GK. I can only imagine what can be when Moorthy will be injured or in poor form. I don't see any other younger keepers on sufficient level....

DEF
Her we are strong enough and nothing will change later. Older defs will be replaced by younger defs. Few of my defs+few of defs trained by others should be enouhg.

MID
4 present mids and wings should be ok for next WCQ, but after that we don't have younger mids on international level...

ATT
We have 2 very good strikers (Murugan and Gee) and 2-3 strikers for the bench. Another 2 strikers is under observation and at least one of them looks promissing.

As you see situation for the future with mids is critical, with keepers situation is tense.

I've picked up to NT two players from Unnnescessary Theathrics to save them from bot, but they are defs. They don't help NT much even when they will be sold to "alive" team.

Train mids people!:)

Maybe I should clarify what I mean saying "international level". In short:

GK - playing at 85 and above
DEF - playing at 60 and above
MID - playing at 70 and above
WING - playing at 75 and above
ATT - playing at 75 and above

These numbers showing minimum requirements for thinking about advance to WC.

Mixed teams strenght. I think it's good schedule for training season. We start with Ireland.

Similar stats, notes, shots, but only rival scored. Day as usual, luck vs. bad luck. I love this game:)
No injuries. Next week we play with Cymru.

Singapore - Cymru 1:0

Today luck was on our side. Rival shooted 2 times more, but only we scored. No injuries.

There are few new players in NT who replaced oldest players, f.ex. defender Shaun Ban or winger P.D. Lai. The second one played today second half. He is not that good like Danny Asngari, but there are no better wingers in our database at the moment....

Next week we play with Ecuador.

I have a U21 NT player at midfield, training him up for DM but he should be good anywhere in mid except AM!

DMs are welcome too, expecially those who can play as mids or wings either. I know youngers base is limited with such small number of users, but we don't need twenty promissing mids every season badly. Even one, but good, may be enough.
