Subject: [Academy and Young Players]

Hi to all!
After a conversation between me and Wiki, we decide to open this post, about Academy and Young players.

In this topic we will pubblicize the SG players that can be usefull in the future for SG U-21 and NT, and also discuss and advice SG managers about which player is worth to stay in academy or not. Our idea is to create a strong community, that can buy/train players with serious training programs, to create a roster of players that can help our NT and U-21 to take some satisfactions in the future!

With the use of this thread and the support of some of you, we could give concrete help to our national, because we can go to World Cup also and especially with programming, not only with the tactical skills (Wiki is really good in this) or the help of random.

The purposes of this thread are dual, covering both the national and the community: we hope to help with something concrete SG country, trying to bring the most interesting players in order to follow the best training and growth, and in the other hand we hope that more people can find new perspectives to begin to approach the world that revolves around the national (I'm thinking about begin to know the players more famous, training programs, market etc..).

So, what you could do in this post?
Simple! Post here Academy players, or players just bring from Academy, so we will discuss about possible training plans, and maybe finding someone that could help us to train them, if you can't.

If you want, this post can be use also for another reason: do you have a good player that now is taking training, but you decide to stop training him? Post him, we can discuss about the possibility of buying him to continue training!

Ok, I think I said all, but I don't know if I explained well what we want to do, so, obviously, if you want to ask something, we are here to answer and help :)

What can we say about this player?
He is a really good young player, with Pace/Def training he will become for sure a member of our U-21, and in the future a NT player. I don't know if is talented, but I think yes to come from young team with this skills and distribution.
He could be train like a forward (good defence is a nice skill for forwards), but I think that is better as a defender.

I would like to buy him, but I don't know if my girlfriend would like to be wake up at 2:20 am to permit me following the bidding ;) But maybe I will do!

It's a pity that I was offline last 3 days (busy at work). C.H. Tang was good to try in my team. I'm going to buy another young SG defender for training, because one of my present SG youngsters is showing poor talent and I must sell him. He is not worth further training.

Topic like this one is an ideal place for announcing sale of interesting 16-22yo player. If someone of you want to sell such player, post him here before placing player on trasfer list. We can discuss possibilities for him, estimate price and it will be chance for find him good club for training.

@ every SG managers:

We got serious situation. We haven't any good young keeper for U-21 next seasons. Therefore I have a strong suggestion for you: try to find and keep GKs in your academies.
Any keepers, even poor ones and promote them as many as possible. Maybe at least one or two of them will be suitable for training.

He is a good young player, but he is really close to 21 yo, and average pace is a really big problem for that age.
I don't think we can make a project on him for the future (i'm talking about NT, not U-21), but the last word is from Wiki.

Yes, I agree with mrtessa:( Really good potential, but his pace making him useless for senior NT:(
He will be 21yo in a minute, and he need at least 10 jumps (to magical) in pace and many more for other main skills. He can reach NT level at age 30 (MID) or 29 (ATT) if he will be trained well.

Selling him is the best option in my opinion. I like multiskill players, but they must have pace at first place. Since you are going to train pace, maybe you should try to catch another SG player with potential?

Yes, he is a great prospect!

I've seen him on database, and I wrote immediately to the owner because I see he is training in PM!

But I think that this guy could become one of the best SG forwards, so I asked him if PM training is real O_O

Now, I have only to wait his answer to my question :)

We are lucky, he is training striker and he will make him a forward.
I'm going to change his training on database!

Yeah, he wrote to me as well. I've send him to our database and to our U-21 coach, but you know where we stand at this subject....

Like I said some time ago, we got a big problem with GK: we haven't anyone in our database.

At the moment, there is a young player on TL, coming from Holland United youth team.

He is good in GK and pace, and he is 18. If you know someone that train GK, say to him that he will be, probably, our U21 GK for some seasons......

We can count on spankst3r's academy keeper announced. But we can't be sure he will be pick up to U-21 if things will stay in old fashion there....

I think that manager that have bought him is a GK trainer..

Now, I hope he will train him and make him the U21's GK as soon as possible..

Anyway.. At the moment is the only one GK in database, so he is already the U21's GK *_*

Good News, A.B. Vairavan +1 Pace, I hope he can be considered in U21 in the near future. I will update in database too. I will train tech at week 10 by the way.
