I got a question for you Pain: what's your training plan for this player?
I mean: if I understand well,you are going to train him in pace up to week 10, after that you will train tech. When do you think you will train scoring? Before training that skill, what level would you like him to reach in tech?

What I do normally when I train strikers is give them pace first, once I know their talent I sell the non talented players but I allways keep U21 NT players. Now according to my plans I need to train my players (the ones that will become strikers but 18 years old) up to formidable Pace and that is around week 9 or 10. I will start with tech that week and sell untalented players but will keep those who are u21 NT Players even if they don't play, Will train tech until week 8 of next season and then again sell untalented but give priority to players that are on NT U21 and go to striker. My team has like 18 months but I lost my old team I am around 6 years playing sokker and I allways trained at least 4 U21 players that play for their National Team "Allways" so I give striker training only to very talented players if they are not NT and NT players.

The case of A.B. Vairavan is somehow different. I know he can make U21 team next season, but if he doesnt or is not called well, that's it for him and will be sold in the beggining of next season when I think he will be like this:

Excuse me if I am mistaken but there was a time here where a manager allways was elected in U21 and with like 13 votes, we had to do something like pre-elections and talk to many users so when the time to vote came we had to be more than 13, so with that we could reach more votes but the other guy also received many more votes that what we were prepared for. In the end we could win barely but that could only be possible talking to managers about what was happening with U21 team. I guess people in SG need to be asked about if they know their U21 team situation and be prepared for next elections... they need to be informed before elections time.

Looks like only 5 users are really active at the moment. Even diablo - multiple champion of S League has stopped logon recently and it seems he left the game:(

Small number of users is a big problem. 3 votes is enough to shootout anyone who is not ericchow. I don't know how we can convince those two users who still voting on him. They must see what is happening with U-21 and apparently they like current status...

I've seen the U21 match with Russia.. Wow..

It's incredible how our work can be broken from a manager that only wants to be U21 coach and don't really care about game and his national team.

I don't know what I have to think about our situation.

You may start feel much better with your player's absence in U-21. Since they are not playing matches, there is no difference if player is in U-21 or not:)
