I want to win as many matches as possible and improve the national team May be buying Singapore prospects as I did in the past.

My vision about tactics, may be? I used many tactics with my team: 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 4-3-1-2, 5-3-2, 5-2-1-2... I adapt my tactic to my players and to the opponent.

Hi, my name is DiBaciu I'm 41 and I have a long relationship with sokker.org. I have had a team between 2006 to 2015 and than rejoined in 2021. In 2 years and 7 months I have been able to advance to the 3rd League in Romania (due to tactics and training... NO CRAZY TRADING INCOME), which is a very hard Championship (from the 3rd League up you rarely find teams younger than 10 years).
My vision right now is unclear because I don't know the players and their qualities. Due to the fact that the NT is a fairly low rated team (no offense, just an observation) I would have to adapt to each game and try to make the best of it. We have to be realistic and admit that we can not engage in suicidal, kamikaze, missions against teams that are much higher rated. We will try to win the "winnable" games and get a point with the big teams. (I guess this is a vision in itself...)

You can criticize me, yes. I used to play this game since 2006, I have much experience in the game, overall about the tactics adaptibility and their quality. I have won many times against stronger opponents.
