My friend registered for this game thrice, and he got rejected, anybody knows why?

The reason given for was due to fair play, or he having another account. But he had never played this game before, neither did he have another account.

If he's on singnet, then it could be due to someone before him having used his ip to play, because for domestic adsl it's usually a dynamic ip that is assigned.

If that's the case, then they need to wake up, because banning people based on their ip address is a pretty stupid thing to do.

Especially in Singapore, we have so many shared ip addresses. I'm not sure about that, I'll check back with him before clarifying things here. Thanks for your help, rifte!
