Hello, everyone
Who am I?
My name is mattn, i am candidate te become coach of your country. I have already a little bit experience with national teams. I already helped Belgium for 2 seasons with activity's around its national team. Now i play in in the 4th class of Belgium with my team 'de smoeletrekkers', i was already 2 times champion in 4th class but I didn't managed to win the match to go to 3th class. My team is not strong enough yet.
Why do I want to become coach of your country
I'm searching for a new experience after a year of Sokker and I am sure that the team of Singapore is very strong. I also want that this team wil have a meaning in the world of Sokkers National teams, I will help this team so much if I can.
What do I want to reach with the team?
In First place I want to form a head team(+21) with the strongest players of Singapore. After that I will look what there positions will be in the National team and than I will create tactics for the team to play with.
In Second place I will form a lower team (-21), take the good players of of the teams of Singapore, making very good tactical decisions and enter them in the World Cup U21!
At last i want to win a lot of games!

Some Important questions for an NT-coach!
How many time will you put in the NT a week?
I will put 8 hours a week in the national team, 6 hours to discuss the tactical descisions with my crew and to choose which players will play. 2 hours to scout the oppenent. I will put a lot of time on the computer in the natioanl team

Because you're a lot online, the clowns job is to have contact with our opponents, to entertain our players that they play very good and to be general scout ( you will draw up the players when I have not a lot of time and send the line up to me :)

Do I have experience with national teams?
I already worked together with two of Belgiums best coaches( one of them was also coach of the Netherlands), i helped them good and they gave me confidence!
Those coaches were:
1) Hellsangel ( 2 seasons)
2) Maqoma ( 1 season)

What about the time differences with Singapore?
It's 8 hours later in Singapore than in Belgium
That means, the hours to discuss with the staff are:
- on Saturdays : half past 8 a.m. in Belgium - half past 4 p.m. in Singapore ('will take 1 hour')
- Monday to friday: Contact with me by sokkermail and with the other singapore people of the staff on the forum
- on Sundays:: 8 'o' clock a.m. in Belgium - 4 'o' clock p.m. in Singapore
