Hi!!

Who of you have juniors school ??
What are the juniors you have in the school at now??
What is your trainer (excellent coach, formidable coach....)?
Do you know their talent (how many weeks they need to skill-up) ?? If you know we can plan how they will come on from juniors school...

We would like to do a census of juniors school opened, to know who have better juniors and how many time we have to expect for have good juniors to train :)))

wat's that number behind? (5.5 & 4.2)
how do u calculate it?

because...for example the first player:

- the first skill up isn't indicative
- the second pop up from average to adeguate in 6 weeks;
- the third from adeguate to good in 5 weeks;
- 4° from good to solid in 6 weeks;
- 5° from solid to very good in 5 weeks

...so the media ((6+5+6+5)/4) is 5,5 weeks form each pop up...so the player have talent 5,5 :D


p.s. you can use a program (Sokkerviewer) or a manualy excell paper...for calculate the talent....

p.s.2 Oni-chi in the next days put in this forum all link and tools for sokker (also Sokkerviewer) ;)

If you look the sum fo skills are better in the second player (32 against 30), but the total of skills points are divide better in the first....this is the difference....

i hv sokkerviewer but i dunno how to read the stats abt pop ups. :P

How do I get a good coach? mine jr coach is only solid.Argh. Can someone enlighten me my coaches i should get to get good training (most cost efficient).
