thanks. How many asst trainers should I have for main squad training. And wat appraisal should they have. ?

For me the assistent trainers is the last thing that you must to have....
(and also the assistent must be minimun solid for make any effect)

In first time is useful to have a great principal trainer!!!
because with a complete principal trainer you can have more random skills up (respect a random that you can have with a normal principal and 3 assistent).

So in your case (that train pace and technique for ATT principally) you must find on TL a head coach with unealthy in pace and technique and minimun excellent (better more) in striker (because you train ATT and the "random striker up" is very important for ATT :D) with a wage between 15.000-25.000....
Attention: it's useful bring a head coach also with minimun solid/very good in stamina ;)

It's very difficul to find a right coach and you must pay for the right coach (as a good player)...but it's decisive for grown more fast the force of your team!!!


When you have a great principal and your economy ballance is good, you can start with a excellent assistent trainer....

for example:
this is a good coach for you
or this: is low in stamina, but perfect for a trainer of ATT :)
and more......

p.s. Do you know what is "Random Skill up"?

52.250S$ (in eur 26.125) is a good wage for this coach (you don't pay so much) :D

Random skill up:

when you are training, for example, defence, and the player pop up also in pace....this is a random skill up (in other words when you don't train a skill, but this skills pop up anyway)

and when it happends...will be a beautiful day :)))))

1) If your actual junior coach have a low wage (for formidable max 21-22.000 S$) then you can put this coach as assistent and bring a new junior coach (outstanding - incredible)....
[prefer this first situation]

2) If your actual coach is too expensive, so you can "delete" this coach and buy a brillant coach


Attention: if you buy a coach from TL, then buy a coach with high stamina...bacause at the end of season you can turn off the head coach with the junior coach and train for one or two weeks stamina!!!

But if you want my advice: i can try to find the junior coach with the "Coach recruitment - Skills select".

How find a desiderable coach from "Coach recruitment - Skills select"?

For example if you want a outstanding coach: you must fill in the value "outstanding" in about all skills, except for keeping that you put solid/very good...it's important that the average of all skills is near to 12.

(In the example)
Required training skills:

outstanding of stamina solid of keeper
outstanding of pace outstanding of defender
outstanding of technique outstanding of playmaker
outstanding of passing outstanding of striker


This isn't a scientific method, but this is the right method for search....you must be lucky!!! :D


The choice is yours: TL or Search?!? ;))


p.s. I like the risk, so I always search my assistent and Junior coach (only the head coach must be buy on TL...)

second is better than first as junior coach.
For junior and assistant coach it's important only general skill
in this example all coach are formidable.
So you must chose who has a minor wage.
