Hello ....as most of you already know I will be contesting the post for NT Kypros

My name is mario and i come from the small island of malta...currently im the official maltese linguist as well as the maltese league journalist for sk magazine.


I`ve played for my first season and managed to reach second place with just only one defeat.

I spent my first year experimenting tactics and now i am quite good in that especially when playing against very strong teams.

As regarding my NT promises.....Like i already told some of Kypros users, Im not going to promise any fairy tails like most others do....unfortunately we all know and we have to admit that at the moment cyprus isn`t the strongest nation in this game (look at last years results) so with new good tactics and introduction of some new faces I will promise you that at least we will improve substantially our performances (especially avoiding those embarrassing defeats of over 10 goals) , than after we reach this difficult first goal we can start to think about getting the first points and doing a database so that Kypros users will find it easier to introduce their players in the Kypros National Team.

Regarding tactics i can play either tactics but I believe in new tactics every game cause not all the games are the same and I believe that you have to adopt the particular tactic to the particular team we will be playing against on Saturday.

I'm the type of person that likes to keep my feet on the ground but since i spent many hours during the day playing this game (since i m a nurse and work on shift basis and have many mornings off) i think i can do a good job here, obviously with the help of other users so that at least we improve our performances.

I'm planning to have other users working with me in this challenge and apart from other Kypros users (which i want to be involved in all this) other top maltese players are willing to work with me in the NT Kypros Project.

You will ask why i choose Kypros as NT to coach....apart from having a very good friend living there and thus i felt in love with your country....I also think this is a very challenging project and thus I will work harder to achieve our goals since I m a very bad loser person and definitely will do my utmost for this NT to avoid embarrassments.

as a former coach of Cyprus (current for another 7 days) I must say something ;)
Since Cyprus users are nowhere around ;)

Now that the elections are almost to an end...i want to thank those who supported me and if more than 1 person voted me ...thanks to all....good luck to the other prospective contenders too....hope the person who will be elected as Kypros NT coach will do all his best to improve more the work which was started last year.

You know my promises so i am not going to say anything about that....just a reminder that if anyone wants to ask me something I am more than keen to answer.
