right, talking that tactics is his biggest advantage, but every time he wrotes his opinions after match

If you have'nt biggest problems you are very happy man.
Every tactics of Cyprus was similar. So I could wrote about tactics before and after.
There's the big problem that I won't be in SK Cyprus Staff?
If there's problem so its your problem not mine.
If there is not a problem so why are writing about it again and again?
You should more concentrate on Cyprus representation and less on my person.

I dont think they dont have anything else to do than criticizing you. In my eyes, its as they said, that they are dissappointed from you. You where always here and cared for the good of Cyprus. They thought that while you where here the last season to tell your opinion to poupinho, you would now keep helping. That you were not elected and now you say no to help them, its strange. Thats the only reason in my eyes why you get this behaviour. And for example, i think Darren, even if poupinho would have been elected again, he wouldnt leave and would be assistant in any way. ;)

I really appreciate the work darren is doing with the kypros NT , however i dont think its fair to blame Crossbow for not helping the NT.

He has all the right to refuse NT jobs proposed by the NT coaches.

I believe that even if he just critisize the tactics of kypros Nt after the match is still very helpful for your NT since maybe his opinion (especially since crossbow has some experience) will help you in the next matches not to repeat the same mistakes.

Helping you by critisizing your matches is still help..isnt it?

Its very unfair to say darren would have accepted whilst he didnt...its very easy to say things when you are not in the situation.No one can know what Darren would have doen cause he was not in such situation so all this is just assuming!! No one has the right to decide things for someone else....he feels he should help in critisizing your Nt mistakes and his desicion should be respected.....if you dont want his opinion post-matches than just tell him not to comment on the matches and thats it ...stop blaming someones desicion.......I think everyone should respect his views. 100 ppl have 100 different opinions.

Look. I dont blame anyone. You are right that Cross can do what he wants. I dont criticize anyone. I just say how the others see it. And again. I dont say they blame him. Its just that they expected from him some help. ;) To tell you the truth, i also though Cross would help in any way. Maybe for him its only that enough. I dont know. And i say again. I dont blame anyone. ;) Hope you understand how i mean what i wright.

The fact that cross don't want to be staff member is not the problem;) The problem is that he calls himself tactic master and he keeps saying that Cypros loses because of its tactics without saying something important about tactics;) He just comes after every lost and says Cypros souldn't play the same tactic every game...
Tell me where is that helpfull;)
