well to be honest, i was glad when i saw that poupinho arranged match on last while, but dissapointed that he played again and again the same tactics (all matches in NT played only with 1 tactics and minimal changes in line-up) and only one change in line-up, when old 33y useless player was withdrawn from nt and substitute by younger and better player, but next to him played - on position of central defender - another useless 31 old player - end even from bot team - what are those ghosts doing in national team ??

i checked all players and found out that those dont have any owner and play in bot team
how is that possible that 10 out of 40 players have no owner and are in NT despite we dont know their skill ?

my advices:

- better to remove these players from NT
- get skills of all best NT Kypros players
- clear the list of NT players, better quality than quantity
- get skills of young Kypros players and cooperate with their owners
- play another players sometimes, give chance to youngers
- use different tactics
- be more active, on forum and with NT team
- try to help to the other cypriot users, they voted for you, so please do not dissapoint them

i see you are active there, you can tell your opinion about how to improve NT too ;)

in the past some of the bot team players where in the transfer market and we see the skills , so we don't know the training cause the team are bot and the NT need's help from the users which have NT players , if they don't help him , he can't do nothing for that.

But do you know whats problem ? poupinho is complaining that he hasnt got skills of most NT players, but i asked they owners and they send me skills and told me, that no one ever asked them for them. And they were quite happy that someone were interested in their player

isn't it so sad ? well if you have a NT player in your team under 24 then you train him , is that right ? then the owner must send a report to the NT coach , so i don't thing that every week to send sk mails for the training progress to the owners cause in the first page of Kypros says some thing which the owners of an NT Kypros player should read often , maybe poupinho didn't ask them but what about them , it isn't all poupinho fault ...

you have to do this in every country, first get players skills and connections -- know that owners are reliable and train them and then you can agree with them that they will upgrade their player every time they pop

if someone became NT coach, some activity is expected from him
it includes also that he would try to find out NT players and future NT players skills

Its depend of NT Kypros Coach. :-)

you can see the first page of your national team , and after you can also contact your National Coach (NT)

By the way... I think that requirements for NT players are wrong...

How it's possible that there are no indications on the average skill value for a possible NT player. I'm looking some other countries NT forums and they give out at least some guidelines.
