You shouldn't have permision to database of Kypros. You should wait till next NT election.

You re doing a great job darren.....dont worry about what ppl say....small countries in sokker like kypros and malta itself need experiened ppl to help them raise their own youths and raise the squad quality both in skills and in tactics.....You re right to say that its better to play against teams of the same strenght as kypros so ht you ll be able to raise the nt rankings....this year malta did this mistake and played against stronger teams...the result......we lost precious ranking points.

Hello everyone
Long time only read Cyprus forum and laugh at off =)
Because Cyprus national team manager is make fun of Cyprus users.This manager only think national team manager.But only NT Manager , other responsibility tactic, new player search don’t importance.
Anyway last NT election is cheat.How to make cheat ? I don’t know, it’s possible that angel .. hihohii =)

Only solution : New NT manager , new young player and enough tactic

i hope you will write there more often, because every active user there can help situation in Kypros. As you can see in topic Kypros users, there are many users who are often online.

The main goal should be to bring these users to Kypros forum and not only read it, but write there their opinions, as cypriot did, too. They can get better if they will communicate more - better players, better tactics, better juniors, better National team .. and game can be more fun, if you play with the others and not only for you.


Kypros has many users and its growing, so it has great posibilities to be better. But it cannot be without effort of users. National team can be only good as users in the country are.

and about future of National team ..

U21 teams will be added in next season, so there will be more importance to have both active NT coaches who will cooporate between themselves and with Kypros users.

In my opinion pouphinio not be able for the national team of Cyprus.I will try to the new elections to be NT for Cyprus or u21.Darren Patterson i will support u if u support me.Thanks!

well, elections begins next week, so we could start thinking about next season now
every hand will be usefull


NT coach

- keep upgrade database of all players
- coordinate with U21 coach about choose of best players
- inform users about NT chances of their players and help them with training
- he has to use his tactical abilities and abilities for selection of best players, to improve Kypros NT rank
- should be experienced user with good communication skills
- should be active on forum and talk about NT with other users

U21 coach

- needs to keep upgrade young players database
- he has to help users choose right training for their kypros players and inform them about player´s chances for NT
- help users get better coaches, so training of young players will be more effective
- help kypros users with their junior school, because this is the best way how to improve national level
- good organization skill, tactical abilities arent so much important - but who wants to watch the same poor tactics every time ?
- good communication skills, many young players are in the foreign leagues


+ Other support
- someone who would help kypros users improving
- make kypros forum more live
- get more active users in the game
- find new promising players, give them best training

srry to interupt this conversation but arent those ur requirements for nt coach ? ;o (cause every user may have different. and it was proved by votin the poupinho

as for my req iwould like to add many hours during the week and also be more active and at int forums :) )

poupinho ? i would say that he won elections due to unreal expectations based on inexperience of voters. I believe they have learnt from it and next elections wins someone more active
