you have too many bad juniors, there is no chance that from these juniors could ever be something, i recommend to fire them and get better junior coach instead of it. you will have similar expenses, but much better junior school

All cyprus users should improve their junior school levels

I always told you to get as the best as you can afford.
I bet that Zoitsas would not be so good at all if he was trained with outstanding, instead of magical coach ;))

brb count how many week he will need to improve on solid level. If he improves after 2 weeks from last pop, it is ok .. if not ,, you have done something wrong ;)
