Actually it would be a bit late to train anything until he is 18, but yeah. He needs a lot of pace, imo at least 1 season, and after that keeper training. If you aren't going to train either one of those, demetris, I would of course prefer to sell him. :)

Önder Koutousis is great, he reminds me that 17yr junior from 3pol school, very similar skills .. other juniors are too weak

I dont know u training plans but u can training some technique (level 5-7, maybe the whole season) and get more catch later. Easy to pop (if u have decent trainers for random training). Or pace training... mids always need pace. If you are training defense, playmarker, striker, keeper u should sell him :P.

technique pops are easier than pace???
