I also have Athos Gengiz along with my todays pull, and i am thinking giving a bit of tech/play/pass before giving them all some defense. The plan is to sell Adamou at the start of the next season. If that is not okay tell me to sell him now.

Well, I will take it chronologically :)

Ozgur is really good :) I guess he is one of our future stars (next to Karagiannis) :)

Bedia Adamou is pretty good as well. About the secondaries - of course secondaries are important for the defenders but in this case I would rather go for pace and defending.

Cengiz - That's another pretty good player. He really desperately needs pace training.

Probably the best possible training would be pace and defending training - you know both pace and defending training is good for Adamou and Cengiz. But about Ozgur - it's really difficult to combine his training with those two others in long term. He really needs a lot of technique training (which is quite useless for both Adamou and Cengiz)

But that's just my opinion :)

As you know, i just stopped pace training and switched to pm. The only pace they are going to get for now is the 2 off season trainings. For defending i was planning to give them some, mainly because of Adamou and Gengiz. Gengiz is almost good in pace and only 19 yet, so with just the offseason trainings he could be solid high -very good by the time he will be 21 when i will probably switch back to pace.
Anyway the question is what to do with them. Do you think it is best to sell them and keep only ozgur?

Well in that case I would probably suggest to sell Adamou - you will have to train secondaries for quite a long time which I think is not the best solution for him.

You may try to keep Cengiz - if you are about to train playmaking you will clearly help him. But I think he will need the pace earlier than in his 21 (in case you want him to start in the U21 squad) So I will leave it on you to decide...

That is why i told you i was thinking to sell adamou at the end of the season, he is going to receive some defending training and the money will be much better at the start of the season with 1-2 skill ups in defending and secondaries.

That's really a difficult question. That two skills for Adamou would clearly help him but on the other hand Ozgur could have good/solid technique in the meanwhile (provided you would train technique)

This is quite a difficult question of the importance of defending skill for midfielders. My opinion in this case is that defending is of course really good but only provided it's reasonably high. I think that having good defending doesn't make that difference like having good technique in the meanwhile (just weighting the skills). On the other hand when it reaches reasonable levels of defending such as very good and better it may turn out like a big advantage.

In case you would like to keep Adamou (and you aim to make Ozgur a midfielder with defence), you may try to consider defending training first as it would give the greatest credit to all of them in long term view. Adamou's price will raise quickly and Ozgur and Cengiz will get the skills only in different order.

/edit: It seems to be highly chaotic... I may do better to start from the scratch ;) But I will probably write it more consistently tomorrow - I am way too tired today to make anything reasonable ;)

I have thought myself most of those things. My initial thought was to take Gengiz at very good-excellent defense and that the rest of the trainees would benefit from that also( i kept 3 young defenders from pace training+2 older def mids). But you are right that for Ozgur is not the best training neither for the rest 3 trainees Sioncke, Piosik and Gözüaçık from which the 2 of them have chances for to enter their NT's(sioncke and Gözüaçık)...so a difficult decision to make.
