Really great skill distribution... He will be important for U21 as a defender even though his sideskills are really bad. But who cares when he will be really good :)

Damn, the skill distribution is really bad :( Though he could still become quite a nice player but unfortunately not that one he could have been... If I imagine striker training for him, he could be 3x formidable striker with nice defender skill in the beginning of his 21st year.

is really a bad luck for my team!!My first brilliant junior(he was magical last week!!)
and he ends up with TRAGIC technique!!!
i have to train him for EVER just to reach a level of excellency (10) in technique!!
its really a shame!!!
For a player that played 90% or more of the junior games as a STRIKER.....is a joke ending with
skills in DEF and MID!!!!.....

Well, as far as I know the way he is playing has no influence on his skill distribution when he comes out. It's a pity that he has so high stamina - otherwise isn't that badly distributed (you know imagine him with good technique instead of stamina)
But still, it is quite a luck in all that bad luck that he was pulled with tragic technique. Technique is trained quite fast and he might catch up reasonable levels just after one season (you know 1-week pops in the beginning, 2 weeks then and he is about good in one season :)) But everything depends on his talent...

is technique trained fastest that other skills??
for this guy with talent 3.44 how long it will take him to get
lets say adequate or good technique levels??

Well, I meant faster than pace especially ;) But I don't know - 16 weeks? It might be less or slightly more...
